I remember a lot of ppl enjoyed playing it and watching the game experience (myself in watching it!) the first time! And there's no fault in enjoying it for what it was. I'm saying...its a tough to watch again (still appreciate the art direction) and now I know why I forgot the story and quotes🤣

Daisy's writing just falling thru and taking an entire turn so its justified to just end her, bc u know, she has to be the villain...

Forced and dramatic dialogue between characters that forces you to get behind the operations of the game, to a point where it takes me out of the game LOL. Sense of dimensions and time travel loses itself along the way, they REALLY enforce u to care about Liz...

Overall art direction, I felt, was really well executed. Seeing artists with their portfolio with the game I feel is really well done. But when you watch the gameplay, (maybe playing feels diff) it distracts from it with all the violence and gunshot audio and running around LOL

City in the sky, clouds, overall atmosphere was so strong, and I loved the art nouveau with strong gold accents and emborideries. Sure, the american patterns and color schemes were all over, but I loved the entire world sequence of walking through the stage

The reasoning the company says, and ppl also saying, 'but I dont want to lose everything I've built in 4, or families made' like umm hello ur ocs still exist in ur head make em AGAIN...(IF THERE WAS A 5)

1-3 always showed little snippets of the next feature in their game and it was fun! Its like, yes this game had a lot of great features but hope ur excited for the next one. 4 hasnt done ANY of that and isnt planning to for a looonnngg while

S4 is a lot of fun and I love it so. But it feels necessary to move onto 5, like the previous games have done, instead of just sitting on a game where its lacking and it shows. I get gaming is a business but 4 is rly showing its...lack of innovation and collect for cash LOL

S4 runs into the same problems every time - the town or 'region' they offer has very little free lots/homes (buy more expansions), the 'oh i thought this would b smth more but its not at all', and we'll charge u for this extra asset feature but we could of added it to an exp pck instead

S4 packs are getting better in exp packs and are trying to implement a lot of flavor texts but it doesnt feel effective to gameplay. Like, thanks I know this tree has thoughts, now what-

4 has great style that I love, nice Create a Sim features and fun Build&Buy. Its a game I've played for a while and its easy to get back (or consistantly) into. Outside of that, 4 doesnt feel like it has much to offer like 1-3 did. Their 'traits' dont hold value and its what u make of it.

Ideally moving onto 5 is a good time- most renditions take abt 10 years before moving on. But with the creators of sims no longer involved to focus on the core values and charm sims always had in 1-3, the change of ownership rly shows its...idk greediness and lack of story?

Saying the reason why is bc 'We don't want players to lose everything from all the exp packs etc from 4 when getting 5' (that the company charges so much $$$ for already) sounds toxic...gonna be honest LOL

Im like yayaya do it gogogogo for da TEAM as I do one that takes 3 days 😂 As long as itd fun for everyone tho is what matters
