It has been reported that we had another fatal Shooting in the 3300 block of 18th St in West End. No details have been released. The VCU is conducting the investigation. Cap

The forecast Tuesday thru Wednesday morning remains on track, with minimal changes from yesterday. Damaging straight-line winds remain the greatest hazard, with a few tornadoes also possible as a line of storms moves west to east across the area.

It has taken me almost 9 years of covering traffic to figure this out. If you are out of Brake Fluid your brakes won’t work. If you are out of windshield washer fluid the washer won’t work so it stands to reason that if you are out of blinker fluid they won’t work. Come by & I will fill you up
