I had the honor to attend the memorial service the newly dedicated memorial in Putnam County honoring the Italian immigrants who lost their lives in the 1895 Tilly Foster Mine disaster—a tragedy that took 130 years to receive the recognition it deserves.

Congratulations to United Worship Cathedral on their 20th anniversary! What a beautiful celebration. It was great getting to speak with Trinidad and Tobago Opposition Leader Penny Beckles and Yonkers Mayor Mike Spano about our community.

Happy Thanksgiving! This year I’m grateful for our Hudson Valley community and for all of you who have welcomed me to your tables and into your businesses. I’m grateful to have grown up in a community that gave me much and inspires me to make sure our children have the same opportunities.

Great to be with community members at the Phase 2 engagement for Rockland County’s Comprehensive Plan. This process touches everything—housing, transportation, economic development, community services, and the future we want to build together.

I love visiting Sleepy Coffee, Too in Sleepy Hollow — a non-profit cafe that provides training and employment for people with disabilities. Not only do I get a delicious espresso, but every visit reminds what happens when a community commits to solutions that work for everyone.

It was an honor to attend the unveiling ceremony for the highway sign dedicated to Hector L. Soto in Haverstraw. Hector proudly served in the U.S. Air Force, worked in law enforcement, and devoted his life to public service — leaving a legacy that continues to inspire.

Thank you Green Ossining for hosting last night’s forum on energy and the environment!

The Trump Administration is cutting regulation and attacking the Clean Air and Clean Water Acts, the result being polluters pad their profits and the rest of us pay the price.

Enjoyed an espresso and pastry at First Village Coffee in Ossining — such a wonderful community gathering place and a hub that draws people from all over the Greater NY area. The pistachio raspberry pastry was top-notch!

Spotted on the 6 o’clock news! Thank you Gaelle Jules and Amelia Mena, of Girl Scout Troop 40201, and their mothers for playing a special part in Suffern’s Veterans Day celebration. Dedication to service is why I’m running for Congress and why I’m so inspired by Gaelle and Amelia.

After serving in the Air Force for 26 years, I’m running for Congress because I can’t sit on the sidelines while Trump and Mike Lawler make life harder for ordinary people.

I will work tirelessly to make your life better and more affordable in the Hudson Valley. Thank you.
