What was your first Pokémon game and starter?

I played this on the 3DS my cousin got me and I never actually finished it until years later. It's one of my favourites and I wish I could replay it again.

I always love Oct-themed challenges, but I never really find one that I wanna do. Kinktober is great and there's Flufftober but that didn't work for me. Most other prompt lists are usually for art. So, I decided to try my hand at it.
