Grilled pork chop (2 minutes/1.5 minutes) with julienned cabbage, onion, carrots, and apple, sweet-and-soured with a little cider vinegar and some brown sugar, sautéed on high heat, then some cornstarch & cider mixed in to blend. Fast, delicious, and healthy!
