Oy. Did not notice that! Makes it even more concerning! It makes me think that strong, intelligent, accomplished and successful women like you are particularly targeted by such garbage. I would bet there are algorithms and entities exclusively dedicated to identifying, and harassing powerful women.

High possibility that it's actually AI/bot generated or else someone with poor English skills & boundary issues. All are rampant, even on this platform. I usually respond 'Nice try Catfish' delete and block. Thanks for highlighting this problem; it feels very invasive when it happens.

My heart leapt across time and space trying to reach you and comfort you in your time of need. As children, when our world is so small and our caregivers fail us, neglect us and abuse us, we have NO power, no safe space. I am so glad that another kind Canadian was there for you. 🥰

A lot of them are scammers looking to catfish women. They don't necessarily want to 'date' us; they want to find vulnerable, gullible and insecure women to 'love bomb' and then take their money.
