Every expended rocket stage will either break up before it impacts due to aerodynamic effects, or will impact at >100 MPH and break up. In either case, you don't end up with a whole stage just sitting on the ocean floor.

Based on what the wiki says, it seems like it's effectively 50k per plate. Weirdly, 35k of that is as "bleed", but it doesn't actually decay. No idea why.

Anyhow, I've seen about a dozen Spear shots to a plate, or ~16 RR shots.
