probably not. Saturn is the worst case scenario for reusable starship, with C3 around 140, so it can probably barely do it fully refueled, but why would you do that if Starship is not coming back after interplanetary injection. Expendable is the only option, so FH makes more sense

it was kinda inevitable in low-interests environment and never ending tech hype that there would be no incentive to build long-lasting software, but i hope now when IT world finally cooled down and focus switched to 'the new thing', people will start building programs to last again
