Written nearly 12 years ago in his autobiography, these words ring even truer today. To build better businesses and a better world, we can start simply by recognising that everyone, at all levels, is a human being with intrinsic value; worthy of respect, dignity, and agency.

So true. My feed was immediately infiltrated with US politics after joining, with all of its intoxicating insanity. Seems unavoidable if you're an internet citizen these days.

I try to commit early and often to avoid cherry picking and reduce the risk of conflicts. I'm also going to forget what I did and why I did it a few months from now, so aim to keep it as simple as possible.
