3. A nurse saw my given name while labelling blood samples and asked why it wasn't spelt like the feminine version of it.

1. A secretary watched me coming in, looked at me in the eyes and asked me "what can I do for you ma'am?". It's not the first time I get gendered correctly but it's the first time it happens with someone who got a good look at me. Also she didn't "correct" herself after I spoke.

Oh that's cool! I'm glad GW finally gave them a bit more love and care. They were pretty underdeveloped for a major race when I was starting out in the early 2000s.

Omg yes! I actually played Wind Rose nonstop last time I did a dwarf campaign in TW:WH.
Oh that's true! Very convenient, especially considering how bulky it can be to travel with an army.

Oh Dwarfs would have very much been my second choice for OW! Always felt a strong affinity for them. Love playing them in TW:WH which is about as close as I get to the whole universe nowadays.

I played Imperial Guard and Bretonnia. But I haven't touched any of my minis in over 10 years. I'm also suuuper behind on the rule sets. I used to play 5e for 40k and I think 8e for WHFB.
