Review Rachel Van Dyken offers a fun and unique spin on Norse mythology with Fallen Gods. I think this is the first Norse mythology-based book I've read, and I really enjoyed it. Most readers are likely familiar with the lore - Odin, Thor, Loki, war between Gods and Giants, the Bitfrost bridging Asgard and Midgard, etc. I really liked the creative choices the author made - both with the storyline and characters.

Review Namrata Patel delivers another heartfelt, entertaining character journey with Your Next Life is Now. This is the fourth title I've read by the author, and by now I know that I'll get a great story no matter what she writes. It's also fun to see her growth as an author, becoming more confident in herself and taking more risks in her storytelling.

Review Read my book review for The Last One. The Cruel Dawn picks up right where The Last One left off. Kai's tries to pick up the pieces while her fractured memory recovers. As her memories come back to her, so does the guilt of what she did in the past. She spends the entirety of the story trying to redeem herself and protect the realm from the bigger threat, but her past keeps coming back to slap her in the face. 

Review Readers who enjoy psychological suspense will appreciate the misleads and twists that Courtney Psak delivers in The Tutor. She sets the tone early in the story and potentially messy character relationships. Review While Women's Fiction isn't on the top of my favorites, Good Hair Days by Grace Helena Walz does the genre justice. It's got everything you expect from the title. The southern vibes, generations of women coming together for each other, and light-hearted moments to cut the tension. But also serious themes, a sprinkle of romance, and an emotional slap to the heart at the end.

Review I don't think I've ever read romantic suspense before but boy was I missing out. As someone who enjoys adult romance and is a sucker for suspense/thriller stories, how have I not dabbled into this genre-blend before? Thank the book world for Trilina Pucci and One Killer Night. I can appreciate that she took a risk with this one and am so happy that she delivered.

I quickly became a fan of the Cocky Kingmans and Amy never disappoints with each sibling's love story. Artie, as badass as she is, is so charming and adorable when it comes to dating.
