my favorite art is art that pokes the bear with a stick. art that is challenging one way or another, and i wanted to be able to do that my own way! attention on shit like this is as good for business as it is for pushing cultural boundaries n i think it should happen more ! >:3

in a lot of ways, me putting fat fur on the cover is me trying to signal to ppl its ok to be outwardly urself despite what ppl think,, similar to how me seeing fursuiting videos at 14 lowkey spoke to me at a time when most of my friends were 4chan reddit brained

im a super self conscious person. its rly scary for me to be vulnerable, but something that being a furry has taught me is that its actually ok to b vulnerable about how weird u are! u can wear a fursuit in public n ppl will think ur so cool. its inspiring to see ppl not gaf

a big reason to go with art like this for me was seeing how polarizing the response to my friend @pentuppup.bsky.social n my bf @russelbuck.com's album ravepop has been. to me, those cases reminded me how important it is to be vulnerable about who you are n what you believe in!
