Sim Settlements 2 seems like a really useful addon for automating most of the settlement stuff in Fallout 4.
The annoying settlement quests in the game were why I stopped playing originally, but I decided to install some community patches and this so I could try again.

Not very good at Turbo mode, but if I have enough time to examine the locations thoroughly, I get pretty damn close! (no tools, no google)
