My personal research into consciousness has led me to a rather extreme conclusion: that consciousness is largely an illusion, and we are only truly conscious in fleeting moments. For the most part, our lives are shaped by decisions made unconsciously—much like a robot.

The quantum computer will be the nearest thing to God, so to speak. As such, it won't be capable of telling porkies or harbouring biases. From a philosophical angle, the quantum revolution will usher in an era of transparency.

Consciousness cannot exist in isolation. If the universe contained only the self, consciousness would be unobservable. Thus, it necessitates observation. Both entities need not be conscious, but if they produce an interference pattern upon interaction, we can discuss consciousness.

The enlarged perivascular spaces (mentioned in this article) and occasionally accompanying T2 hyperintensities, along with frontotemporal atrophy and hippocampal atrophy in advanced cases, are findings I frequently encounter. Often, patients also present with fatigue and headaches.
