Honestly probably not :( I think the worst bit of biologics is the constant infections side. I’ve got ANOTHER sinus infection, but I’m finding good ways to deal with them now.
Oh man AS sounds agonising and exhausting to deal with, I hope you stay flare free for as long as possible!

Humira is the best thing that has happened to me. Got me in remission for my Crohn’s and has let me live a normal life. I have to be more careful as I’m now prone to sinus and respiratory infections, and my skin has got more sensitive. But apart from that, I genuinely live life as I normally would ❤️
