Rie Mikami is a very carefree and airheaded girl, and the group’s bassist. An otaku dork who only joined the group because she loves K-On, Rie is confident that somewhere along the line, she’ll find some hidden talent she’s amazing at - right now, though, her pitch… ain’t the best.

Tatsuya Suzunaka is the band’s lead guitarist, and also the only straight man in the group, constantly frustrated by the others’ antics. Though, he does genuinely have a heart of gold in there - he sticks around this dysfunctional club for a reason. He can be surprisingly resourceful when needed.

President by technicality of the light music club, Suisei Yumisaki has dreams of idolhood in her heart. She fashions herself as one of those Idol anime protagonists - all sweet and innocent and full of dreams, but that’s really just an act that hides a foul-mouthed, inept chuunibyou underneath.
Suisei is a girl with bright blue hair done up in short twintails tied with bright pink ribbons, along with a jagged ahoge and a little star hairpin. Feolina Veiss is an incredibly powerful elf sorceress, analytical, intelligent and curious. Long ago, she was cursed with a massively extended lifespan, and decided to fill that long life with literature - and in Sumaru, she’s revealed herself to also be a dork obsessed with manga.

Hubert Schwartz, a stolid and valiant knight of Eorzea. Rational and quick thinking, he was once ordered to hunt down and capture Ryu, but decided to join him instead. Since coming to Sumaru, he’s shown a surprising knack for technology - he even knows how a computer works!

Miki Kirmizi is a catrian, a race of Eorzean catgirls. Once imprisoned by slaver thugs, Ryu busted her out the second he saw her. She severely distrusts authority and refuses to be tied down by pesky rules - something she can enforce with her lightning superspeed and a sledgehammer.

The bubbly and excitable Eleonora Von Verte was the princess of Eorzea - a boring, stuffy life she greatly wished to escape from, and did when Ryu appeared. She’s gotten used to Sumaru City very quickly, and even goes to school, where she is quite an enigma to… everyone, really.
Eleonora is an elven princess with bright green eyes and bright yellow hair with swirling curls and a long curly ponytail on the back of her head. She wears a white beret with mint green highlights. Where was Ryu Matsutake for the three months he was missing? Well, he was in the kingdom of Eorzea, an isekai fantasy realm of swords and sorcery, where he found allies, fought foes, and eventually defeated a demon lord. Now that he’s back on earth, he’s gotta get re-acclimated…
Ryu’s getup in Eorzea, as the feared “Gray Swordsboy”. He wears a gray coat with arm guards, a hood, and a brown satchel. Underneath the hood he still wears his navy blue middle school uniform, including the black pants, and he wears gray belted boots. He wields Kulshedra, the Blade of Light.

Mai Nigami is an angry, bitter girl, betrayed by far too many so-called “friends”. She hates the very concept of friendship, in fact, and works under the leader of the Tasteless as Major Bitter. She uses her bow to turn people dealing with personal issues into Tasteless to spread havoc.
Mai is a girl with long black hair, though scruffier than Rena, with black eyes with large pupils. She wears a simple purple hoodie, a brown belt, and black pants, with brown long boots. She scowls angrily. As Major Bitter, her hair becomes purple and longer, she wears a fearsome mask over her mouth and a black commissar cap with purple highlights. She wears a dark purple crop top with exposed shoulders, long white gloves and a purple maid skirt. She wears lavender armored boots and a large lavender ribbon on her back. She wields a bow that’s supposed to resemble a large, open pair of tongs - the arrows fired by this bow go for the hearts of troubled people, corrupting them and turning them into Tasteless.

Rena Karamizono is an aloof, elegant girl attending the prestigious Niijima Girls Academy - Valedictorian, the daughter of a massive bakery conglomerate, student council president… and supremely lonely. She was saved from this loneliness by Miyuki, thankfully, and awakened as Princess Red Velvet!

Nanako Shibusame is a precocious, chipper girl, surprisingly mature for her age. Her parents are always away on business trips and she often lives at Yuma’s place - though she still loves her parents dearly. She’s the fourth awakened Pastry Princess, Princess Flan.

Her eyes are green, and she wears a navy blue sailor fuku with a black ribbon and rolled up sleeves. She has a small orange bracelet with a green star charm on her wrist, a keepsake from her parents. As Princess Flan, her twintails grow into two massive ponytails, and she wears a chef hat with an orange ribbon, as well as two cherry hairpins. She wears an orange chef outfit with a ribbon on the collar and a larger orange ribbon on her back. Her socks have greatly shortened, are now orange and she wears orange boots with bows on them. Her two spoons have become bigger and can be used as maces.

The third recruited Pastry Princess, Yuma Midoringo is an elegant big-sisterly type of girl who cares deeply about her friends. She has a bit of a crush on Himiko, and while she’s usually quick to action she’s struggling to figure out her feelings there. She’s Princess Castella.
Yuma is a kindly third year with long teal-gray hair, some of which flows down, some of which is kept in a bun. She also has a white speckled bow in her hair. Her eyes are black, and she wears a navy blue school uniform. She wears white tights and purple heels. She holds a pair of chopsticks in hand; these chopsticks normally hold up her hairbun. As Princess Castella, her hair becomes longer, and her bun splits in two, and she wears a chef hat with a purple ribbon. She wears a lavender chef outfit with a lavender ribbon on her collar and a large purple ribbon on her back. She has purple socks and lilac shoes, and her chopsticks combine to turn into a large bo staff.

Himiko Matsutake was the second Pastry Princess to be recruited, after she had a… really bad falling out with a very volatile friend who happened to turn into a Tasteless monster. After owning up to her role in their falling out, Himiko awakened as the blue Princess Funnel!
As Princess Funnel, Himiko’s hair grows longer and turns aqua blue, she wears a chef hat with a blue ribbon, and a star hairpin. She wears a blue chef outfit with poofy sleeves, white gloves, and a blue ribbon on her collar. She also has a larger blue ribbon on her back. Her socks are blue with ribbons on them, and she wears indigo heels. She wields a massive blue fork.

Miyuki Amakusa is a naive, optimistic and incredibly empathetic girl with aspirations of becoming a master patissier… even though she cannot bake to save her life. For now, though, she’s also the exceedingly cheerful leader of the Pastry Princesses, Princess Chiffon.

Amane Hoshi, codenamed Vega, is an enigmatic, emotionless woman who approaches Ichiro one day knowing his secret identity. She’s a “mind hacker”, able to hack into someone’s brain and reverse Stars Corporation’s brainwashing, and she vows to help Ichiro take down the evil company.
Amane is a girl of very few emotions. She has bright blue hair in a ponytail, wears blue headphones and has these green antennae on her head that kinda look like stereotypical alien antennae. Musashi Kuromizu has led a rough life - he’s been an outcast his whole life, with no parents and abusive in-laws. He’s a sullen, moody boy working for Stars Corporation willingly, as the rider Moonlight Aquarius, able to create and freeze water at will.
Musashi is an angry boy with scruffy, dark brown hair with an ahoge, and black eyes. He wears a large lime green jacket with white fur on its shoulders, under which he wears a black shirt with a yellow star on it. He wears black, torn up jeans and black shoes. Moonlight Aquarius is a rider themed after a prince. His mask is dark blue with neon green eyes, a headdress that looks like flowing water and a jar head as a hat. He wears bright blue shoulder pauldrons that resemble jugs with water flowing out of them. His armor is a blue princely jacket with yellow cuffs, under which is a blue breastplate with a neon green core. He wears a belt with the Aquarius symbol on it, black tights with a blue stripe, and dark blue ice skates.

Yurika Momokazu is a kind, sweet girl who rarely feels the need to take credit for anything - though she can also be a fierce fighter if she needs to be. She’s also Ichiro’s girlfriend - but then she was caught by the Stars Corporation and turned into Sunset Virgo, their evil minion.

Sunset Virgo is a maiden Kamen rider with a pink mask wearing a lilac hat with small wings behind it. The mask’s eyes are purple. Her torso armor is pink with a scaley pattern with orange outlines. She wears two large hot pink shoulder pauldrons and holds a pink parasol with a dark magenta handle in hand; that parasol is an unbreakable shield and it can shoot lasers. She wears a belt with the Virgo symbol on it, black tights and pink armor boots.

Ichiro Matsutake got caught digging too deep into the Stars Corporation, but his will was too strong for their brainwashing. Now he’s the fiery hero Blazing Leo, and with the ability to charge his moves with fire, he’s vowed to burn this evil empire to the ground.
Blazing Leo is a lion-themed kamen rider with wild spiky hair, a yellow v-fin and red eyes. He has one pauldron on his right shoulder. Around his neck he wears a flowing red scarf. His torso is covered with angular orange plates with gray outlines, and on his right arm is a gauntlet that’s supposed to look like a lion head. He wears a belt with the Leo symbol on it, and under it black tights and orange boots.
