Evil. EVIL! EVIL LITTLE GUY! After paying for a surgery and a biopsy for the thing they took out of the huge lump on his head... THE LUMP GROWS BACK! My little freak is cursed to have a funny shaped head.
It is just scar tissue at least and it doesn't affect him negatively.
