Wich mind you, being the opening act, and playing smaller roles, just so that someone else can be the main star on basically his debut? Yes i get it that Flame being involved more people will show, but Fi didn't consider Marshall's feelings, who already was nervous to perform as is.

Everyone had equal roles. I get what Fionna is feeling, i struggle with self worth, and not wanting to dissapoint people, but she's been ignoring how Marshall and Gary feel, even when Gary gently tried to bring it up to her, she said Marshall can play shorter songs, and open his own show.

Marshall has been shown to have PTSD from his mother, people keep forgetting that the reason he never wanted to ask for her help, was because she never believed in HIS dreams, and she wanted to control him, by making sure that he takes over the family business.
