Rest up. It isnt a waste to do that. It feels worse to have to deal with the full burn out later- be kind to yourself. You deserve it.

You don't need genAI to make art for you, you just don't want to do the work that it takes to get good, and you don't need to make that everyone else's problem.
Just use your money to pay someone if all you want is the end product, that's a perfectly respectable way to conceive art form your ideas.
