Made a chicken Caesar tonight. A pretty simple dish but one of my favorites. Garlic Parmesan bread crumbs, scratch made dressing, crumbled parmesano, carrot ribbons, and oven roasted chicken breasts marinated with olive oil and a lemon herb seasoning.

Our house salad, a variation on a Caeser: Carrot ribbons, Parmesan shavings, red wine vinegar pickled shallots, herbed toasted bread crumbs, shredded romaine, and scratch made Caesar dressing.

I made some spicy pork ramen tonight! Shredded bosam pork, ramen, fried shallots, and scallions in a broth of pork, chicken, and dashi, topped with scratch made chili oil.
