These are pretty damn yummy. I made some tweaks to the recipe from the Kodiak box and whipped the almond milk and protein powder to boost the fluffiness of the muffins. Pretty fatty and carby, but healthy for muffins. Serving size is two.

I drove “up the mountain” today with my mom to buy tomatoes. Fried green tomatoes got along just fine on the plate with Greek seasoned chicken thighs and sun dried tomato kale quinoa.

I made this yummy protein packed veggie meal today. Saw on tiktok, but found the actual recipe on reddit. My calorie tracker app did the heavy lifting to figure out stuff, but it’s a good one. Creamy and yummy. A little cheesy from the nutritional yeast. www.reddit.com/r/veganrecip...

I pretty much live on lean meats, veggies, quinoa, beans, protein bars, and Greek yogurt to stay at 1600 calories/day. However, I also have a pizza addiction. 1/2 a medium Dominos pacific veggie thin crust is only 680 calories and yummy. Also, this hummus tastes like pizza:
