One of my favorite categories of videos online is people visiting Detroit for the first time and realizing that not all narratives are told accurately. People get to the city and realize they haven’t heard the whole truth and have been denied a gem of a place and some of the best people. 💙

I think everyone’s day would be made better if you listened to the children of The Bay singing "Rock Steady" by Detroit’s own Aretha Franklin. Their little voices singing out so joyfully made my night!
