The Provinces, when they suspended Charter Rights, should be subject to the same mandatory Public Inquiry that the Federal government does if they invoke the Emergencies Act.

Too bad no one in the Trump administration knows about a guy called George Soros. When the money market smells blood in the water it's all but over. Soros knew this during his famed GBP Exchange Rate Mechanism gambit.
