I think a24 is bringing back the horror genre single-handedly, I didn't mind the first and second film. It was pretty decent. The evil Dead series was always just classics to me. Nice to see Rami got the funding he wanted to remake it.

I don't think you could call yourself a horror fan without watching the alien series, that's like peak space horror. I know it's in space and it's sci-fi but think about being in a tin can and you're just a fucking snack , and it also has one of the most traumatizing scenes, unexpected scenes ever.

Maxine's part of xxx series right? And meaning they get that one cuz that's the third one in the installment. Have you been able to catch the new alien or evil Dead movie? It's the same director that did the last Texas chainsaw. He does does movies that add to the universe doesn't reboot them.
