A bit of good news...my little feral cat colony made it through the worst of Winter and are doing well. Bonus: the Siamese in the background allowed me to briefly pet him yesterday.

This handsome boy is Pyewacket, the most insane, annoying, loud, disruptive, best friend I ever had. He destroyed clothes, broke many things, and sang the song of his people with gusto at 3 AM. He died a year ago and I still miss him terribly. One of a kind, and impossible to replace.

I highly recommend this book. It's an eye opener into how broken and horribly unfair our system is.

I recently moved into a house that came with a group of feral cats. One looks very much like yours. She's the sweetest one and I am working to tame her.
