Never vote conservative
If I was a gambler I would bet good money that this text message was from the CPC

Now, you do what you want but I never reply to these messages. I don't even type STOP to stop
I report as junk and delete

As Smith and the UCP prepare to use the Notwithstanding clause against vulnerable youth today, I'm thinking of this poem

Eventually she will come for you and me

It's only a matter of time, IMO

Sign the recalls
Sign the referendums
Stand together
Break her power

It seems that many Americans believe that universal Healthcare is some kind of communist plot

This, to me, demonstrates the power of propaganda

Because most successful democracies have universal healthcare

Americans deserve better than Trump

Came across this @deadder.bsky.social cartoon and although he drew it a while ago it's still true today

The CPC never moved on from Harper, even though Canadians voted him out 10 yrs ago
He's still the man behind the curtain

From the looks of this the majority of Albertans support the teachers, which is good

But look at the numbers for the UCP

62% of people who voted UCP think Smith is doing a good job
If you add in the 8% who are "not sure" that's 70%

Education does NOT move the needle in the next election

Any idea of crowd size?
CBC is saying 3000 in Calgary & 18000 in Edmonton but that looks like a lot more than 3000 in Calgary
But what do I know 🤷🏼‍♂️

Yep
They had people deep in the crowd and at the edges

There were lots of great signs at the teacher Day protest but stands out as the most artistic
Note the little crown on Smith's head

I've been to other protests at the #ableg but this one, the one to support teachers was by far the largest

On the day the UCP decide to waste our money on another pipeline, these headlines from CBC sum up our political madness
First Nations are saying no, as is their right
Poilievre blaming Carney
If journalists can't ask the tough questions they need to make way for someone who can
Maybe a high-schooler

The UCP promote anger and division with the feds, claiming it will solve Alberta's problems
In the meantime, Smith & the UCP ignore all the issues that fail under provincial jurisdiction, like -
Healthcare
Education
Coal mines in the Rockies
O&G liabilities, etc
Here's a list should anyone need it

Rant about the UCP's ridiculous school book ban
- Kids will read more sexually explicit material on the internet than they will in books
- Religious texts are exempt, which makes me think we need to have a conversation about how violent & sexual the bible is
- I think the UCP have read 1984

Conservatives, both federal and provincial, still need to blame Trudeau for their bad decisions
They need to pull up their big girl panties and own up to their own mistakes instead of blaming Trudeau

They behave like whiney babies

Every time someone suggests that the UCP do something to benefit regular people, a conservative idiot pops up & asks where the money is going to come from
If we ignore UCP moronic wastage
We could raise the tax on profitable corporations to the lowest personal rate
Which is 10%
They pay 8% RN

For those in #Alberta who need it
If you want a covid shot this fall you can pre-order here
bookvaccine.alberta.ca/vaccine/s/
Don't click on the first tab
You have to scroll down the page until you see the tab in my screenshot
Word is that if you don't pre-order, then you won't get a shot

You just clicked on the wrong link
Got to bookvaccine.alberta.ca/vaccine/s/

Then scroll down until you see this 👇🏼
Click in that and follow the prompts
Good luck

I hope the separatists learn that you can't make sh*t up and not expect it to be challenged
They make claims and exaggerations with no basis and no facts to back them up
I'm thinking about the APP town hall where they made this claim about the CPP
This is wild
It's needs to stop

Whenever I think about Smith & the UCP's actions, or inaction, on public health
I think about the word "undermine"
Originally a medieval military tactic for digging under a castle in order to collapse it's walls
That's exactly what the UCP are doing to our healthcare by limiting the covid vax

Once again, here is the link to pre-order your covid vaccine
You have to scroll down until you see the pre-order vaccines tab and click on that
There's no guarantee that Albertans will get a shot if we pre-order but we definitely won't get vaxxed if we don't

Drove to Edmonton to sign the #ForeverCanadian petition this morning
I thought I would be the only one there as it was a Monday morning
Boy, was I wrong
It was busy
It's seems that I'm not the only Canadian in Alberta

I'm surprised there isn't a rule that says
"No anti-UCP supporters"
You know the UCP's policies are bad when they have to be so restrictive with their town halls
