It does beggar the question though- why wasn't a single one of these men prosecuted across multiple administrations? Did they all have dirt on everybody else as protection?

Tell me you haven't looked at the Mulroneyesque nature of the budget without saying it. This budget does not fight Trump, nor does it help struggling Canadians. It's a billionaire's budget, complete with a tax break for yachts.

Municipal politics is the most thankless job their is for a politician. There are no layers between you and the dipshits in the electorate, who feel quite fine with phoning people's homes, calling out in public, and so on. As a result, anyone with a brain stays far, far away.

Why did no one in the msm ever follow up on allegations made in depositions of Epstein and Trump committing sexual assaults by victims? They were on the public record. There is a lot of moral failure and looking away to go around.

The current set of emails were held by the Epstein estate. The idea to subpoena them occurred on Lawrence O'Donnell's show. Why no one thought of that before is beyond me.

If this happened here in Canada, they would be stripped of their committees by the party, at a bare minimum. More likely, they would be booted from caucus. Why isn't something like that happening?

Liberals will rue the day Poilievre gets turfed. Right now, he's the thing keeping them in power. A more reasonable Con leader, if there is such a thing, would see their vote bleed left and right. Still, I'll celebrate the end of his reign of assholism
