I'm very happy that Battlefield is getting a player count resurgence because of May the 4th. It's made me like the heroes versus villains game mode quite a lot. Which is something I never really tried out whenever the game was in its prime I mostly just stuck to supremacy which was super sweaty.

I love how good the first flight of the year feels! I've definitely confirmed this is something that I'm going to want to do forever.

Baldur's Gate patch 8 released 3 days ago and whether you're on PC Xbox or PS you can all play together which is so fucking cool!
They also added one new subclass for every main class and implemented a whole bunch of changes to the mod menu which lets you add your own NPCs. It's going to be great!

I'm also of the opinion that the black ops 6 campaign; despite having a reasonably lackluster ending is probably one of the best Call of Duty campaigns. Just because of how unique all of the individual missions are. The narrative was also told very well which is kind of strange for Call of Duty.

I just achieved prestige master on black ops 6! I love this year's zombies offering; with the exception of The Tomb I think every single zombie's map on this year's roster is really good! The multiplayer despite having some SBMM/matchmaking problems has been overall pretty solid if you avoid ranked.

I really hope upcoming developers put an effort into making a seamless co-op like BG3!

How have I played Baldur's Gate 4 times; and only just now learned that when entering act 2 your character has an RNG chance of talking in a cutscene!

Spawning into a new event for the first time is probably my favorite part of holidays!
It's a nice way to shake up the games that you already love so much!

After being absolutely blown away by how good the new Jingle hells event is in black ops 6, The one thing that stood out to me; is that the round change music is literally just alone from black ops CW.
If you don't believe me just listen to them side by side.

I can confidently say that the dark urge is the best ("Alternate playthrough") of any game ever.
Baldur's Gate 3 is already such a masterpiece It had no business adding the dark urge as an alternate Playthrough setting. It changes literally every aspect of your game!

I played Dead Island for the first time last night with the GF and I can confidently say I've been missing out. I was worried I would get motion sick the way I did with Dying Light but it's honestly not bad.
