We, in Canada can welcome people, investment, and business without surrendering control of our culture, food system, energy, or democracy.

Trade is built on mutual benefit. Pressure isn’t partnership.

That’s not anti-American.
That’s called being sovereign country.

No guaranteed tariff relief.

To MPs:

Do your duty.

Serve the people who elected you—not just your party.

And, to the Canadian people:

Watch closely.

When floor-crossing happens, there’s always a reason—but your vote is the final word.

Don’t let the noise drown out your judgment.
December 18, 2025 at 12:26 PM
Floor-crossing itself isn’t the problem.

Acting without a mandate is.

Ultimately, voters decide.
December 18, 2025 at 12:26 PM
Now, if we think about it, accountability is already built right into the system.

Voters remember, and they decide at the next election.

MPs aren’t naive; you vote for them because you trust their judgment.

If you ignore your constituents and trust disappears fast.

Party matters, of course, but representation matters more. It would in fact be their duty.

If an MP crosses the floor without consulting their constituents,

or against their wishes, then that’s just wrong.

Plain and simple.
December 18, 2025 at 12:26 PM
Let’s step back and look at first principles.

If an MP crosses the floor because that’s what the majority of their constituents want, they are doing exactly what they were elected to do:

They are representing the people who sent them to Ottawa.

This will carry on tomorrow, too.

And the day after that.

And for the foreseeable future because those who can stop this are too weak to do anything about it.

That’s the reality we’re dealing with and pretending otherwise only encourages him.

None of it was accidental.

None of it was new.

And no — it probably won’t matter.

His handlers will excuse it, his followers will rationalize it, and he’ll wake up today ready to do more damage.

That's hilarious! 🤣
