Why will the CAs change reduce business investment? It’s mainly in relation to expenditure incurred in the past. Most new main pool expenditure will be eligible for 100% CAs or the new 40% FYA for leased assets.

Through multiple readings, it has never occurred to me that the message is that towns and cities are bad. Perhaps that unchecked technological progress is bad, and mysticism (wizards) are better than iron and steel (armour and swords).
