It hasn’t been fun at all. Im 27 and have been through both administrations. Covid had my bachelors graduation ceremony cancelled in 2020. Im sick of hearing the word unprecedented.

Leave as its more expensive to train and develop people here. Americans know their worth and demand their worth match their pay. Companies want the highest profit with the lowest and most efficient expense. A H1B visa was $215 an application. Now its 100k, if i was a company id be moving HQ.

Precisely. And i wonder if the brain drain will be catered more to black women in the near future. As the most educated people in this country. But racism does exist in other countries so its a toss up.

In the 1930-1950s there was a huge brain drain from Germany to here in the U.S. now because of this rise of facism. I wonder if this order will mark the beginning of a new brain drain. Ive already seen Canadians on TikTok encouraging American healthcare workers to move there.
