Had to reach out to teen’s friend’s parents as the warning signs had escalated. Not surprisingly, learned there is past history of depression & professional therapy. Now we’re trying to de-escalate the stress levels here.

Office today is in total chaos. Schedules are f#%*^’d and people in the office are leaving left & right. Leave those of us still here scratching our heads. Woke up & assessing the personal, self damages this morning. Twelve hours driving over the last two days has me achy, eyes burning and mentally fuzzy. Guess I should get up & make myself some coffee/breakfast, then start the recovery process.
