Just finished The Excavation of Hob's Barrow last night - fantastic, loved it. Curious how you liked it. I had a couple of these (M.R James, Algernon Blackwood) on hold at the library and just added The Great God Pan on hold as well - thanks for the recommendation.

It was the original! He didn't play quite the whole thing, started cutting it with an unknown ID right at the end. But it was bliss while it lasted.

You might be surprised! They've been dropping classics in some of their recent sets...lately I've heard Faithless - Insomnia, FSOL - Papua New Guinea, Orbital - Halcyon and On and On, and Saints & Sinners - Pushing Too Hard. Going to see Digweed this weekend and hoping he does something like that.

Great writeup! What memories. I forgot about printing these things...loved seeing all the ASCII art people would come up with (and to see individualized art per FAQ). I'm always a little sad to look for FAQs on modern games and see nothing there.

I haven't thought about this in years. I remember seeing the first screenshots and thinking this was going to be THE game for the PS2. Total letdown, complete hype.
Then a few years later there was the Killzone 2 E3 trailer...though that actually ended up being a decent game.
