In Monrovia, California, protesters are purchasing 17¢ ICE scrapers from Home Depot and immediately returning them to create long lines and slow down the entire store. Their aim is to disrupt sales and convey a message opposing ICE raids occurring in their neighborhood.

On of the few places where folks “dress up” is Washington DC. Hence the need for a fancy ballroom. And what has all this posturing and role-play given us: regressive taxes, job losses, inflation, unaffordable housing, dirty food, climate change, looming AI bubble, unsocial media.

I had to explain to a winey WV bar/restaurant owner the difference between GiveMore States and TakeMore States when she was complaining about the taxes she had to pay. She was shocked by the process. Americans don’t know how things work: gov’t, taxes, healthcare, Banks/WallStreet. Sad.

Independents now realize they were fed and fell for TRUMP/MAGA/GOP lies. They need to help with the clean up.

Love Jasmine. My take is MTG is a self serving schemer. Not sure she will run for office. Vids like her awful pursuit of Hogg will surface. Inside trading will be a focus. I see her more like Bannon.. online platformer. Rattling the cage. Getting clicks. Making more money.

I worked in healthcare, academia and pharma in areas spanning discovery science and clinical med. The challenge is most Americans— even folks inside the system— don’t understand our HC system. Even the med providers!!!! Ignorance means bad choices, poor judgment. Doesn’t bode well for improvement…

And…..this administration is withholding or cutting research funding that would — in the olden days- support education and training for STEM students. Undergrads. Masters. PhDs. Post docs. It’s the engine of innovation. Which drives prosperity 😱😡🤦🏽♀️🤷🏼♀️

Trump berates and insults women…and I think back to Trump 1.0 and Ivanka. She advocated for working women. And Melania’s Be Best campaign. 💩. Such a disgrace….I wish they would all leave us alone.
