i know this is kind of a dumb pet issue to have, but i really despise tote bag culture and also emotional support water bottle/stanley culture because both were originally small acts of sustainability, that are just now consumerist trends and status symbols like everything else

plotting some of my lab data as someone with chronic iron deficiency anemia: found that i seem to only maintain hemoglobin >= 12 if my ferritin is >30 which is a clear and tangible target to aim for
