I’m generally a fan of Instagram despite the glaring issues (it’s social media…). But I’m so mad at Instagram right now because I got a spoiler for RDR2 on my feed and I can’t stop thinking about it.
(It’s entirely my fault for being on the internet while I’m enjoying a story)

I just started playing RDR2. Got through chapter 1 easily and wanted to explore the area around Horseshoe Overlook. I made it to the nearby settlement of Valentine, was being friendly with everyone but I got beat up by two guys and lost my hat. I’m devastated.

TBH I’ve followed Hank Green for years but lately he’s definitely one of the people I trust the most on the internet. I love hearing him address current events because I trust his media literacy and it feels like the most important thing in this time is a commitment to knowledge and understanding.

“So I’ve never seen Back to the Future. My car hasn’t been running and someone said it needs a flux capacitor. I went to Autozone…”
We didn’t hear any more, but I was losing it.

Watching frosty the snowman for the first time in a very long time and I’m finding myself really relating to the magician. Of course he wants his hat back from the kids! I would too if I was a magician and I found out my hat could bring inanimate objects to life.
