Back from #ISBFWarsaw2025, what a fantastic time I had this week
I couldn't imagine a better way to conclude my phd journey in the #Biofabrication family than this.
I am grateful to the ISBF for granting me the IOP Best Poster Award at #Biofabrication2025.

Today I presented my work on bioassembly via MEW scaffolds in the Rapid Fire Talk session early this morning.
Very honoured my abstract was selected and I could show more of what I'm up to.

This study explores the fabrication of nanofibrillar scaffolds through the melt electrofibrillation of polycaprolactone to guide myogenic differentiation. The scaffolds provide nanofibrillar cues that promote cell organization and integration, mimicking key features of the ECM

we fine tuned an artificial membrane to replicate the glomerular filtration barrier and support the co-culture of endothelial cells and podocytes. To further enhance maturity we 3d printed a bioreactor to add flow to the artificial barrier.
we could show selective fitration, monolayer and fenesrae
