Bullying & harassment costs NHS £2 billion annually. Shocking but sadly unsurprising. The hesitation to call out racism, compared to sexism, shows the urgent need for antiracism & compassionate leadership as it saves costs & lives

Bullying & harassment costs NHS £2 billion annually. Shocking but sadly unsurprising. The hesitation to call out racism, compared to sexism, shows the urgent need for antiracism & compassionate leadership as it saves costs & lives

In 2019 I left medicine & retrained as a primary teacher.
But I missed being a dr.
I now work non-clinically in the medical wellbeing space.
Life isn't linear!
Careers don't have to be either.
