i went to Annandale HS (with a mutual friend of ours- another twin like me), and no question people tried to claim My Old School. We didn't have the internet but I was still able to discern that Fagen and Becker did not walk those halls.

No serious person thinks Millennials> GenX. When I see one who has broken the mold, while not rare, mad respect because groupthink can be so strong. There are some here. Nothing like their supposed "stereotype".

Maybe you and I. Most people want to be spoon fed. Facts are anathema to most people. They don't want or need them.
Facts just get in their way of being able to form a dogmatic opinion on a major issue from 5 minutes of browsing slop.

There are 74 million millennials in the US for instance. So yeah. It is a bit silly.
There are things you can glean from an age group. Directionally. But people are people. Nobody is defined by when they were born.

yep. I've started to really notice it in my 50s. It was not nearly as evident in my 40s.
I'm usually self-deprecating about it. You don't wanna be the person who can't take a joke
I've also faced it structurally and institutionally but that's another story. People don't like to hire us, do they?

see about the youngs but I'm impressed so far.

to be honest most places are pizza hell. I'm up in Philly a lot. And it keeps me in check. You realize how much better food can be than you realize.

dominos isn't bad. some of the cheap corporate pizza places are pretty good on occasion. I am glad we have a lot of options now.
