When you come back, swords dance x 2. Then tera and spam Seed Bomb.

Acid Spray until Salamence is -6/build Tera. If close to being knocked out, set up an Attack Cheer before coming back in.
Tera Thunderbolt until Salamence stat reset.
Acid Spray once or Tera Thunderbolt (if low HP).
Use Tera Thunderbolt until end.
