I aim to complete the ride in under an hour and will be cycling earlier in the day due to a prior commitment, which means I won’t be able to attend the match in person. However, I’ll be watching the game on YouTube as I travel back to Glasgow and, as always, cheering on the Hibees for a win!

Unfortunately, I won’t be able to stay for the whole match as I’ll need to head back to Glasgow for my Winter Ball, but I’ll be cheering Hibs on all the way home!

The match isn’t for another 17 days, so I have plenty of time to get some practice in! This cycle will be approximately 16km (10 miles), and I’m aiming to complete it in less than 1 hour.

The entire challenge supports the Hibernian Community Foundation, with all funds raised going towards the fantastic work they do throughout Leith and Edinburgh. Please consider donating to this great cause—the link is in my bio!

This journey ranks among the shortest cycles I’ve done, but it couldn’t be better timed given that the next away game for Hibs is against Dundee United.

The ride was straightforward, beginning with a trip down Leith Walk, followed by York Place, and onto George Street. I passed Bute House before heading down Melville Street to reach Haymarket. From there, it was an easy stretch along Dalry and Gorgie Road to my destination

If you’d like to support the cause, the fundraiser link is available in my description, with all proceeds going to the outstanding work of the Hibernian Community Foundation

Looking forward to seeing you there on Sunday!

This particular ride is one I’ve eagerly anticipated, as it’s always more exciting to see women’s teams showcased in larger stadiums making this event especially meaningful.

Typically, I would provide an estimated mileage for the ride, but as I haven’t determined my exact route, I’ll update you on the distance afterwards.
