when Nixon was reelected I spoke a rhetorical question, “ the cheaters always win, why is anyone honest?” A coworker with a PHD in Urban Affairs said “if not we’d be living in caves hitting each other with clubs”. (He later told me he wanted me fired because I was “too intelligent”). Honestly
