In yesterday's Celtics game, Embiid had his arm intentionally wrapped by a smaller Celtic player who literally fell, dragging Embiid to the ground. Somehow, that foul wasn't only NOT flagrant, but it didn't even lead to a technical free throw. NBA needs to penalize intentional dangerous plays.
