Black media professionals, please stop adultifying our kids. Teenagers aren't "grown", they are growing. We need to eliminate the use of this type of language because it aids in violence perpetuated against our most vulnerable. And for something as normal as being tall at 13? STOP DOING THIS.

No one is coming to save us. They need us to feel apathy or worse, contempt for each other. Our collective needs are greater and far more similar than what divides us. We didn’t evolve to be this detached. We all stand to care more so we can DO more for each other.

All the DEI programs are being revoked not only because of the regime change, but because for the last 5 years they’ve extracted all the best ideas from Black and brown employees and photographed them to death at company functions for clout so now they can be discarded. Capitalism is NOT natural.
