Agreed. In my former role as HMI, I was always impressed by how OIs managed to balance the demands of their roles as headteachers or CEOs—alongside all the pressures—while conducting inspections. I used to really feel for them having to go into their own settings the next day.

I want to see the rest of it! She was masterful and he should have been better prepared for that line of questioning!
