Question, does this look like a crushed bottle, heat plus crushing, or just heat? I am talking to the mail pharmacy about getting it replaced, but just wondering if you all would even try taking it?

I made chashu! Next time I am just sticking with flat pork belly so it is easier to cut. I am also going to make sure I have all the ingredients on hand for the braising liquid (didn't have spring onion or fresh ginger). And yes, it is really freaking good.

Apparently the way to get perfect oven bacon is to put it in 5 minutes past the suggested time and then when that is up to forget about it for an unknown amount of minutes after until you smell it starting to singe. Then you end up with perfect oven bacon. And yes, I like extra crispy bacon.

Today is drink around the world. Yesterday was Animal Kingdom.

On vacation and I am still having my Adasi for breakfast. I will say, though, that I miss having a dutch oven to cook with, though. And a proper ladle. The spices aren't great, but I kind of expected that when I ordered the cheapest ones possible.

Today I explored the mall, Omega Mart (Area15), are In-N-Out for the first time, watched The Awakening, and had a good cry due to the masseuse finding all the knots in my back. Enjoy some photos from Omega Mart. Oh! And don't eat buzz buttons unless you want to have an experience in your mouth.

Also, I feel like I entered a Disney hotel a bit because of all the sculpture/decorations at the Wynn.

Why did no one mention how beautiful the mountains around Las Vegas are? I got a solid view of them from my room and sat on the floor and stared at them for a solid 30 minutes upon entering my room.

Also, this is such a great idea! The center is the water faucet. The right side is the soap dispenser. The left side is the hand dryer! It keeps the floor cleaner and splashes in an easier to clean area. This is in the bathroom at the Grand Rapids Airport
