I make mix thumbs, which are just about as archaic as tapes. 2200 songs for rolling. If you have enough songs, late 20s to mid 20s, a century apart, all work together.

I love that story. Imagine a tiny community of outsider rockers and artistes so potent that Sam Shepard is hanging with Patti Smith and Douglas Colvin shows up to a Television audition after barely convening with a single string. Clem Burke also had an ad in Creem or Circus looking for like souls.

Was just talking about some of my concerns in re social tech and the honey pot offered bye unmoderated spaces — who wants to be in a space that offers no moderation? — who were the people most excited by 4chan? Bigots and purveyors of discredited attention getters, static, and noise.

The opening was fire. Nonsense, hyperbole, but A+ wordplay that touched on the issues in a directly sideways manner, which is how young people will allow you to approach. First get young men to feel like they have some sway, some potential to wield clout, the, once they are feeling in play, talk.
