I’d like to circle back that yes it works but I also did fall and bust my ass doing it again… (don’t try this at home this stunt was done by professionals and is not advised to try at home or on 2hrs of sleep)
Doing a hand stand against the wall and just staying there for abit really clears the mind like that shit is kinda magic
