I will praise CW’s Batwoman to the end of my days. One of the brightest spots in the Arrowverse with great writing, acting, and a deep respect for the Batman mythos. Nora Fries has a nice episode on her. Condiment King’s ketchup gun is mentioned the same episode as the Batblimp. Alice is perfect.

If they just loved how the original played and were DETERMINED to make a version sans moral quandaries, they could have tried and made something low stakes like a librarian simulator where the worst case for a failure is a kid not finding the book they want and not a hijacking or racial profiling.
