A constituent came into our office seeking help with nearly $30,000 in E-ZPass fines.

Someone began fraudulently using their E-ZPass without their knowledge, accruing thousands in fees and fines for our constituent.

The MTA announced that the Reduced-Fare Program is transitioning from MetroCards to OMNY, allowing riders to use the tap-and-go feature of OMNY cards.

If you use a Reduced-Fare MetroCard, you should receive an OMNY card soon—the MTA began mailing them out last Monday.
